Symptoms

When attempting to create performance measure using custom function, the measure is INVALID.

ERROR
The application could not generate the PL/SQL package for the formula. Contact your system administrator.

STEPS

Navigator > Compensation Plans
1. Create expression "Eligibility_Exp"
2. Create performance measure "Eligibility" using the expression in measure formula
