Fusion BI Publisher Report Is Not Generating Correct CSV Output (Doc ID 2179775.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
You have created a report, it is generating incorrect CSV output like repeating headers and lines data.
The same report is generating ok when exporting to Excel or .txt file.

 

When exporting to CSV, in column header in is showing XML tag.( for example it shows ITEM_CODE instead of "Item Code"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Report should generate as "Item Code" instead of ITEM_CODE in the output file.
