Symptoms

While Processing the Conversion, system throws error for the lacking payroll.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error occurred running Participation Process -- Life Events. Error Message is -- ORA-20001: The processed person might be lacking a payroll, on the effective date of processing. Details: Review the person's payroll for the processing date. The error occurred in the package ben_distribute_rates.get_periods_between. The participation process cannot determine the person's payroll. Either define a payroll for the person, or change the periodicity and frequency values. If the person has no defined payroll, the communicated value must be either per year or per month.’

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a conversion Life event
2. Try to enroll the employee
3. Error Occurs
