Symptoms

Requisitions created from a Back to Back (B2B) or Drop Ship order are failing with an error:

You cannot create drop ship and back-to-back requisitions because the customer sales order fulfillment feature is disabled.The attribute Charge Account is required.

The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:

1. Create an Order for a Back to Back (B2B) or Drop Ship enabled item
2. Execute the scheduled (ESS) process - Release Planning Recommendations
3. A requisition is created.
4. An error is raised on the requisition
