Supplier Site Import errors when updating with an inactive date
User have created many sites incorrectly and need to mass inactivate them, however the Supplier Site template fails when trying to update the sites.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the Supplier Site template to update created sites
2. Run the Upload processes
3. Review the Supplier Sites Import Report and find the above error.
