Symptoms


Punchout Catalog: Unable to process cxml received by the supplier.

Error:

Catch XMLParserException e = oracle.apps.prc.por.createReq.protectedUiModel.shopping.punchout.parsers.XMLParserException: oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParseException: Start of root element expected.
Throw PunchoutException of type FORMAT_ERROR



Steps to Reproduced:

1. Set up a punchout catalog
2. Send cXML to supplier
3. Supplier is able to parse it
4. Supplier sends response cXML
5. Fusion application is not not able to process it.
