ADF_FACES error when HR Specialist searches for his own performance document (Doc ID 2185095.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Performance Management

The below error is encountered when the HR User tries to search and view his completed performance document.

ERROR

ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, # 84

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Administrator
2. Navigator > About Me > Performance > Search Performance Document
3. Search for Worker Name and Performance Document Name
4. From the search results, click the performance document and the error appeared
