Get Receiving Transaction Processor Error when Performing Receipts for POs Created Using Duplicate

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Purchase Orders

When performing Receipts for Purchase Orders where the Duplicate functionality was used (Duplicate PO and Duplicate Lines):
the following error occurs: A receiving transaction processor error occurred for the following number of lines: 2. Your help desk was notified

1. This Receiving Error only occurs when perform a Receipt on a PO Line that has been duplicated from an existing line.
2. If try to perform a receipt for multiple lines on a PO and at least one of the lines has been duplicated, this Error occurs.
3. If duplicate an existing PO and all of the lines on the existing PO were created manually, then no issues when performing Receipts on the Duplicated PO.

Steps to Reproduce
==================
1) Create PO manually with 2 Lines. Manually created 2nd line. Did not use Duplicate. Create 1 Receipt for both Lines. Enter Partial Quantities for both lines.
-- no error

2) Duplicate PO. Create 1 Receipt for both Lines. Enter Partial Quantities for both lines
-- no error

3a) Create PO Manually with 2 lines. Enter 1st line and use duplicate to create 2nd line. Create 1 Receipt for both Lines. Enter Partial Quantities for both lines.
-- get error

3b) Perform a Partial Receipt for line 2 which was created by Duplicating.
-- get error

3c) Perform a Full Receipt for line 2 which was created by Duplicating.
-- get error

3d) Perform a Partial Receipt for line 1 which was created manually. No Duplicate functionality used.
-- no error
