Import: Estimated Completion Time passed already and the import is not yet completed

Customer is doing an import and the Estimated Completion Time (ECT) shows the time stamp 9/21/16 12:19 PM. However, the time, as shown on customer's OS, is 12:20 PM, as seen below:

The inquiry from customer's side is the following: why it is taking longer than the ECT for the import to be done?
