Symptoms

The profile option "Control Supplier Communication" is end dated
The profile option "Control Supplier Communication" should be available for update as noted in <Document 2170474.1> - How to Turn off Emailing PO PDF's to Suppliers?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into Fusion Applications as Implementation Consultant
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
3. Search Task Manage Administrative Profiles
4. Search for Profile - Control Supplier Communication
5. Notice that the profile option is end dated.
