Deleting an Absence which has a Payroll implication does not trigger Retro


Deleting an Absence which has a Payroll implication should trigger Retro Calculation


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create an Absence Plan Sick Leave Half Pay with entitlements as 30 Days and Absence Type Sick Leave

2.Create an Absence Element Sick Leave Half Pay and associate with the absence plan created in Step1

3.Associate Retro event group with the Sick Leave Half Pay Entitlement element

4.Create an Absence initially between 01-Mar-2015 to 20-Mar-2015.

5.Process Payroll for March 2015 The deductions happen as expected.

6.Delete the absence after payroll run

Navigate to Manage event Notifications. It is found that no event is triggered although there exists an event to remove logical row as a part of event group
