Symptoms

Participant feedback ratings is not reflecting into printable performance document.
In the employee performance document, manager can see all participant ratings given by participants, but when the manager opens the printable format of the performance document it cannot find the rate.

Also, HR Specialist is not able to see participant ratings in update performance task.
