Printer Selection Not Available In 'Process Details' Screen For Job 'Print Receivables Transactions' (Doc ID 2188042.1)

When user try to submit a request to print an invoice the option to specify a printer is missing.
Process Name: Print Receivables Transactions
Printer configuration has completed and tested with other requests.

To reproduce:
1/ Got to the navigator and click on 'Scheduled Processes '

2/ In the 'Scheduled Processes' screen click the button 'Schedule New Process'.

Type is 'Job'
Name is 'Print Receivables Transactions'
Click 'OK'

3/ In the 'Process Details' screen there is no printer selection available.

How can we specify delivery options while submitting the ess job?
