Goal

Add charges to item cost during inter-org transfer transaction.  Added freight and inter_Org_freight components in Manage Cost Component Mappings task.
Tried to add value in shipping cost field in line level during transaction, but it did not take effect in the final of item cost.

What are the setup steps necessary to allow adding charges that effect cost of items in inter-org transfer transaction?
