When the user wants to add a goal from goal library, the advanced search screen has Category on it. There are goals in the goal library with Category populated.
When attempt to add Type field from Add fields nothing happens so unable to test possible workaround "In the Advanced tab please Check to be sure you have the Type field available on the add goal form. If it is available you need to select either Development or Performance for goal type, when you select one of those types you should then see that Category field is then added to the form. The Category values will be different depending on type of goal you selected."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to Add a Goal, search using Advance Search and find Category LOV blank.
2. If you try to Add Fields like Type the field does not get added. Nothing happens.
