Symptoms

Unable to access Setup UI pages.

Users cannot access setups for any functional area and receive the following message:


Error
 

 Initial Users
 You do not have access to execute any of the setup tasks associated to Initial Users



Steps to Reproduce
1. Setup Procurement > Functional Areas
2. Task: Initial Users

 

Changes

 Monthly Maintenance performed on environment.
