Manage Project Plan Under Project Management Is Not Displayed For Newly Created Projects

Manage Project Plan under Project Management not displayed for new projects
Newly created project is opened in Project Management, the “Manage project plan” page is not displaying instead showing “Manage Financial Project Plan”
Manage Project Plan under Project Management is not displayed for newly created Projects
When opening a newly created project (created in Project Financial Management) is opened in Project Management, it is not displaying "Manage Project Plan" instead displaying "Manage Project Financial Plan". The issue with only the newly created projects, for old projects, the manage project plan page is displaying correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
Navigation: Projects > Project Financial Management > Create Project from a template > select template> Create Project
Enter the details and save
Projects > Project Management > Tasks: Open Project > select the newly created Project and click OK > the page should be “Manage Project Plan” but instead showing “Manage Project Financial Plan”
