Customer have installed their public key using the Security Console; however, when they try to enable PGP key for the outgoing HCM Extracts, there is no option to select a key for encryption. and exception is thrown at run time.
Steps to reproduce"
1. Upload customer certificate through security console
2. At Manage HCM Extract Definitions page, there is nothing to choose in Attribute column
