Symptoms
Fixed Assets Adjustment using FBDI template contains the following error in the Load Interface file for Import process

Record 45: Rejected - Error on table FA_ADJUSTMENTS_T, column ADJUSTMENT_INTERFACE_ID.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.FA_INTERFACE_MAPS_U1) violated
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.FA_INTERFACE_UTILS_PKG", line 139
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Used Fixed Asset Mass Adjustments FBDI template to generate file
2. Navigate to Schedule Processes and click on Schedule New Process. Search for Load Interface File for Import
3. Select Post Mass Financial Transactions and select file. Click Submit
4. Process errors with the log messages above
