Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Behaviors attached to the Competencies are not being displayed in the Job/ Model profile. The content type 'Competency' is having some content items and the content items are having some behaviors attached. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as HR Specialist
2. Navigator > My Workforce > Profiles > Manage Model Profiles
3. Search for a job profile and edit it
4. The behaviors added to the competencies are not shown for a few competencies
