Symptoms

Manage Approvals > Action Detail
Action Detail/Approval History shows incorrect information after a withdrawn.
The issue has been verified with Purchase Orders and Contract Purchasing Agreement (CPAs).

Steps to duplicate the issue:
N/A. The issue has been verified in different scenarios. What is consistent is that after a Withdrawn is executed, Action Details information is either missing or the status of the task is not updated.
