PO Communication Failure Notification When Supplier Has Wrong Email Address (Doc ID 2194579.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Document Communication

Actual Behavior:
PO Communication Failure

When communicating PO via Email ,if invalid email address is entered then Communication process says email sent successfully(in the ESS job logs) even if email address is invalid and no communication/email sent back to Buyer/User saying PO communication failed.


Expected Behavior:

Expect message that email is not valid instead of the process showing as successful.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select communication method as email in PO
2. Enter bogus email address and send
3. Observe ESS logs show process was successful.
