Error in notifications for employee
When the user tries to open the goal approval notifications from the worklist, the below error is encountered:
ERROR

Insufficient privileges to access the task information for this task.
User <username> cannot access the task information for task: bfb65d25-e451-4d49-9253-202b18c9cc9e.
Ensure that the user has been granted appropriate privileges to access the task information for this task.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the worker
2. Open any goal approval notification from the worklist
3. Get the error
