SCM:RCV: Receipt Accounting Distributions Getting Created But Transaction Status In Error (Doc ID 2195395.1)

Symptoms

Receipt Accounting distributions getting created but Transaction status shows error  in Review Receipt Accounting Distributions UI.
The accounting entries are also not generated. Create Accounting shows no data.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. submit Create receipt accounting distributions, see distribution generated but in error status.

2. create accounting execution report is blank and transaction status is error on distributions UI
