Fusion Global Payroll: Retroactive Event Group Based on Update or Correct Contact (Doc ID 2195762.1)

Symptoms

On Manage Event Groups there is no event based on contact who can trigger based on correction or update.
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login in Fusion HCM with Self-Service Account;
2. Navigator
3. Payroll Calculation
4. Manage Event Groups
5. Select Type as RetroActive and click on search
6. Edit Changes for retro and try to add a new event
7. There is no event based on contact
