On Manage Event Groups there is no event based on contact who can trigger based on correction or update.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in Fusion HCM with Self-Service Account;
3. Payroll Calculation
4. Manage Event Groups
5. Select Type as RetroActive and click on search
6. Edit Changes for retro and try to add a new event
7. There is no event based on contact
