How To Create Records In Custom Related Object Using Soap Web Services That Will Appear in the Subtab of the Target Object

Here I have one custom object under sales Application and for that custom object I have one related object. I want to create records in the related object using soap web services.
I have WSDL for custom objects. And I am able to create records in custom object. But I want to create records in the related object.
Below is the WSDL for custom objects under sales Application.
Service WSDL URL : https://(CRMDomain,Sales)/opptyMgmtExtensibility/SalesCustomObjectService?WSDL
Scenario is suppose in custom Object I have one record. So for that record I want to create related object records.
Below is the payload to create custom object records.
