Symptoms

When attempting to activate Transaction Account Builder the following error occurs:

XLA-870946The activation of the transaction account definition has failed. Contact your application administrator. You can also view the details of the activation errors.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup TAD
2. Active and get error
