Symptoms

The participants are associated to primarily two payment plans.
The payment plans associated to the participants do not allow negative payments.
User is seeing discrepancies while generating the paysheets.
However, in spite of having the same set up, some participants within the same Pay Group are receiving a negative payment, while for other participants, the payments are as per payment plan design.
