Global HR: Rel 11 - Person Management Screen Issues (Blank Warning And Error Message, 2 Done Buttons)

Customer has upgraded to Rel 11 and have observed certain issues with the Person Management Screen.
There are 2 'Done' buttons on the person management screen when an employee record is opened.
A blank warning message is displayed when we click on 'Done' next to Person Management.
The additional links ‘Task’, ’Search’ and ‘Representatives’ pop up at the right which were not there before. These should have been there right from the beginning. Why does the customer need to click on ‘Done’ to get these links displayed?
When clicked on yes an application error is displayed
No Blank warning message must be displayed when clicked on Done and the links for task search and representatives must be visible before clicking on Done and there should be no error displayed.
