A Deleted Validation Script Is Still Firing For Webservice Call (Doc ID 2198462.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to integrate opportunities with enterprise one, the following error occurs.

F=[300000024378679: Error calling webservice: Client received SOAP Fault from server: JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.JBO-persdef.oracle.apps.cdm.foundation.parties.publicModel.persons.entity.PersonDEO.ValidateContactInfoIsNotChangedAfterEOneIntegration_ErrorMsg: All Changes to Name, Address, Phone numbers and email for this contact must be made in EnterpriseOne Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure. ]

When an Opportunity is created by Converting a Lead, our script fires and creates a record in our custom table, HSC_IntegrationEvent_c. Our EnterpriseOne integration program then sends a webservice call to select the record, that's when the deleted script fires previously deleted it and published) and the above message response is recorded in our logs:


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Integrate opportunities with enterprise one
3. After converting lead to opportunity, script fires and creates record in custom tables
4. HSC_IntegrationEvent_c. Our EnterpriseOne integration program then sends a webservice call to select the record
5. During the time, deleted script fires and below response is found
