DFF Enabled in Requisition Lines is Not Stored in Shopping List when Saved to Shopping List

 On : version, Create Requisition

DFF data entered is not saved into Shopping Lists,
When using the shopping lists second time DFF values needs to be re-entered.

When using shopping lists expect the DFF data is also saved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Descriptive Flexfields on Non-catalog Requisition page
2. Login into Fusion Applications as Requester
3. Create Non-catalog Requisition by entering the DFF segment values(three semgnets)
4. Save the requisition to Shopping List
5. Now re-login and try to access the shopping list
6. Add the item to cart
7. User has to re-enter the DFF segments
