Manage Default Item Class Task - Edit Item Template Fails with System Error (Doc ID 2200535.1)

Symptoms

An error is reported when Creating an Item Template, this occurs when the customer selects the Specifications or Overview Template. There is no Item Template defined.

1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance (FSM)
2. Search for and Select Task - Manage Default Item Class
3. Select Item Templates - Tab
NOTE: No Item Templates have been defined
4. Select Specifications Tab.
