Symptoms

When attempting to hire an employee,
the following error occurs:

Superannuation: PAY_RATE_ERROR_OCC(RATENAME)=Superannuation
Additional Superannuation: PAY_RATE_ERROR_OCC{RATENAME}-Additional Superannuation
STIP (Inclusive of Superannuation): PAY_RATE_ERROR_OCC{RATENAME}=STIP (Inclusive of Superannuation)
Total Target Cash: PAY_RATE_ERROR_OCC{RATENAME}=Total Target Cash


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Test steps: 1st scenario Back dated
1. Log in to Application,
2. Hire employee using a date in the past including entering the Compensation data on Manage Salary Screen.

Expected result:
1. Able to hire employee and enter compensation data and the TTC is automatically calculated for the employee

Actual result:
1. Log in to Fusion Application,
2. Hire employee using a date in the past (10/Mar/2016),
3. Select Salary Basis,
4. Try entering salary component information - error appears.


Test steps: 2nd scenario

Test steps:
1. Log in to Fusion Application,
2. Hire employee (direct hire) using a date in the future (1/August/2016),
3. Select Salary Basis in Manage Employment train-stop,
4. Selected the incorrect Salary Basis, so selected another Salary Basis (received a warning message advising salary components would be recalculated - OK),
5. Selected another Salary Basis - received the attached errors.

Expected result:
1. Should be able to change salary basis as many times as needed during the hire process

Actual result:
1. After the 3rd selection of a salary basis -
- An application error occurred: See the incident log for more information
 An application error occurred: Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 1875 Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessServer_1, Application Name: HcmCoreApp.
- A system error occurred during processing
