Symptoms

Trying to call SOAP Web Services to create negotiation on cloud.

Web services return with following error message:

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("FUSION"."PON_AUCTION_ITEM_PRICES_ALL"."PRC_BU_ID")
ORA-06512: at line 1
