Contact: Empty space showing up in the SalesProfileType OOTB FCL

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Create Contact layout, customer has the API name SalesProfileType OOTB field, with only two lookup codes enabled (ZCA_CONTACT and ZCA_CUSTOMER; ZCA_PROSPECT is not enabled).

When going to SUI -> Contacts -> Create Contact, the FCL is displaying the two values - if you will switch between them, the layout will change as well.

However, when going to SUI -> Contacts -> Edit an existent contact -> Relationships sub-tab -> Add Relationship -> click on the magnifying glass icon next to the Related To field -> Create -> Contact, then the Create layout will be shown again, only this time an empty look-up value will appear as well, before Contact. If you are switching to Customer and then the empty look-up value will be no longer. Please see a screenshot for the empty field below (mouse cursor is set right above it):
