Goal
Customer has created one RFQ with line 1 and published. Supplier responded to RFQ.
Later customer decided to amend this RFQ to add Line 2 and amended. Now as customer didn't do any changes in Line 1, Customer want supplier response for line 1 to be carry forwarded to amended RFQ.
How supplier responses carry over to Amendment/New Round of RFQ?
