Fusion Performance Management: Line Manager Access In The Performance Document During Matrix Manager Evaluation (Doc ID 2204248.1)

The performance document (PD) is created by HR user and after that transferred to the manager who evaluates the employee. The employee has set in Manage Employment the Line Manager who is not involved in the evaluation process.
During the evaluation process the line manager should not have access on the performance document. But at the end of the evaluation process, when PD is completed the line manager should be able to see all the details in the PD.
The PD remains with the manager who evaluates the employee. It is not transferred to the line manager.

Issues encountered:
- the line manager can see the PD of the employee in My Manager Evaluation dashboard after the performance document was transferred to the manager who evaluates the employee. When he tries to open the PD, depending of the process step he get error java.lang. nullpointer.exception or he is able to change the date for the meeting in review meeting task.
- after the PD is completed the line manager can see it in My Manager Evaluation dashboard, but when the line manager tries to open it and see the details, he get blank page.
