Geography validation fails when creating supplier addresses from the UI and through import
ERROR

When entering the zip code and picking the city, state, county combination from the picklist, cannot save the supplier address due to error: You cannot save this address because at least one of the address elements is invalid.
When importing addresses for supplier, they are being rejected due to error: The address is not valid. At least one of the address attributes failed validation. Review the address format and geography setup for more details.
