Duplicate contact is showing after merge request
Merge requests should be successfully completed without any duplicates

Reproducible Steps

1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Contacts
3. Create two contacts with same name
4. Go to Action->Select Contact to Merge
5. Selected two contacts for merge
6. After the submission, two contacts are seen in UI instead of one

Due to this issue, users cannot perform merge request successfully
