Impossible To Add Person Contact Through Manage Person (Doc ID 2206339.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1) Open Person Management work area. Search for an existing worker.
2) Use the yellow action drop down to open the Manage Person page. Go to the Contacts tab.
3) Click create. A pop-over form opens.
4) Fill it out according to the screenshot.
5) Click OK

Expected result:
The pop-over form disappears and a new contact appears in the contact table (see screenshot from our test environment).

Actual result on production:
Nothing happens: the pop-over form stays open, nothing changes on the screen. Clicking Cancel is the only way to close the form.


We tested and retested this scenario on our production environment around 10:30 CEST.

If we click OK then the data should be saved and the Pop-up should be closed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open Person Management work area. Search for an existing worker.
2) Use the yellow action drop down to open the Manage Person page. Go to the Contacts tab.
3) Click create. A pop-over form opens.
4) Fill it out according to the screenshot.
5) Click OK
