Fusion UK Payroll: Incorrect Expiration date on BACS files (Doc ID 2207613.1)

An issue related to the BACS (Electronic Funds Transfer in the United Kingdom, formerly Bankers' Automated Clearing Services) template has been identified; this will lead to the Expiration date generated in the file being invalid if the Processing date is during the last month of the year (December).
For example, it generates expiration dates such as 16381.

Expiration date to be passed in the correct format in BACS file

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate BACS file from EFT payments
2. Set the payment date within 30 calendar days from the end of a year
3. Notice that the expiration date in the file is incorrect.

The issue has the following business impact:
This will potentially affect the processing of the file by financial institutions.
