No Related Link in a Goal When Select a Goal in Suggestions of Goal Library (Doc ID 2207806.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Goal Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When select a goal in suggestions of goal library to add a goal,
there are no goal's related links although this goal has the related link.
When select same goal using search function, the goal's related link is shown.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Set all goal's related links

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.My Goals -> Add Goal -> Library Goal
2.Open the dropdown list in Goal Name
3.Select a Goal
