Supplier Contacts Disabling Not Working

Symptoms

Supplier contacts update through FBDI is not working.
There are multiple contacts for the same supplier, having the same first name and last name and no email address.


When try to update the inactive date of supplier contact, the following error is received:

ERROR
-----------------------

A supplier contact cannot be
derived for the record.
