Symptoms

An error is reported when Ship Confirming a Shipment

The ship confirm process is unable to obtain a document sequence setup for the packing slip to generate a new document number

The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:

1. Create a sales order and progress lines on this to Shipping Status
2. Create a Shipment
3. Ship Confirm a line on the Shipment
