Benefits Confirmation Screen Total Includes Current and Future Enrollments
During Open enrollment an employee can navigate to View Current and Future Enrollments. This screen will display current enrollments and future enrollments. The bottom of the screen will also display a total which represents the totals of all rows displayed on the confirmation screen.
Client had to hide the total to avoid confusion.
Reason current product functionality is insufficient: There are two tabs which should show users their current benefits on one tab and their future
benefits on another tab. This is not the case as both current and future benefits are shown on both tabs with the start and end dates populated. If
the expected design was to have this on one tab then there should not be two tabs showing the same information as it is VERY confusing for employees. The benefits need to either be shown on one tab alone, or even better be split into current and future as they should be.
