Requisition is still in Pending Approval status though the Workflow showing Approved/Completed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create and Submit Requisition
2. Approvers approved the requisition
3. The Requisition  is still showing as Pending Approval status but the Workflow is showing Approved / Completed
