Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Receiving

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PO is returned when searching by Supplier but not when searched by PO Number on Receive Expected shipments page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to find the PO when searched by PO Number on Receive Expected shipments page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate > Inventory > Receive Expected Shipments > Enter PO Number
3. Search for the PO - no results found
4. Try searching with Supplier Now PO is found
