Unable to View Items within Browsing Catalog when using a Different Language Session (Doc ID 2213813.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view Items within the Browsing Catalog while using an Arabic language session, the following issue occurs.

-- Issue
Items and Catalog Category Hierarchy are not visible within the Browsing Catalog while using the Arabic language session.

-- What is working
Items and Catalog Category Hierarchy are visible while using the English language session.

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Log in to system.
2. Change Default and Session language using User preferences to required language. Save.
3. Navigate to the Browsing Catalog. Items and Catalog Category hierarchy are not visible.
