Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to access any Incentive Compensation function, the following error occurs.
The Oracle Cloud environment is currently unavailable.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Application
2. Navigate to any menu options for Incentive Compensation
3. Get error message.
User had ran Import Direct Credit Rules job which took a long time and is still in Running status.
