Fusion Global HR: Requestor is unable to upload Attachments in "Change Personal Information" notification

On : version, Global Human Resources

User changes marital status and opens his own initiated task to upload attachment, upload option is available but cannot save the attachment.

For this issue, the requestor is unable to upload attachments in "Change Personal Information" Notification


Current user does not have the ADD priviledge on task attribute: Attachments. Current user does not have ADD priviledge for ATTACHMENTS on task with taskid ... Grant the ADD access for the current user/role. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In BPM Worklist > Open Changed Personal Information > Add Attachments
2. Choose Desktop File > File Name : > OK > Error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload attachments
