Fusion Global HR: Requestor is unable to upload Attachments in "Change Personal Information" notification (Doc ID 2215033.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources

User changes marital status and opens his own initiated task to upload attachment, upload option is available but cannot save the attachment.
 

ERROR
-----------------------

Current user does not have the ADD priviledge on task attribute: Attachments. Current user does not have ADD priviledge for ATTACHMENTS on task with taskid ... Grant the ADD access for the current user/role. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In BPM Worklist > Open Changed Personal Information > Add Attachments
2. Choose Desktop File > File Name : > OK > Error
